Charged my bank account without my permission

I used their online page to cancel my account, at the bottom it said if I do no receive a conformation email in 24 hours to call. When I called they said they didn't receive the cancellation and it was now past the 3 days. I said I sent it in and they said to wait 24 hours to call and check.

They were very rude over the phone, they did cancel the $4.95 per month charge but will not cancel the hold on my bank account for the $149.95.
