I signed up via the internet for their $2.97 special offer to create my own website. I wited and received nothing. No password, no username, no notice of membership. I then e-mailed them to cancel two days after my initial purchase. They responded to by e0mail to say that cancellations are not done online, that I would have to call them. I called them and they apologized for not e-mailing the information promised. I cancelled anyway. I get my next credit card bill and 5 days after my phone conversation with them they charged my card $139.95. I called them. They said I didn't cancel in time and that charge was as per our "contract". I said I cancelled, they said we have no record of that. So I cancelled again. Oh, the day after the second cancellation I was e-miled a user name, password, and information to access my account... Which now was closed. The exact information that I had never received.
