Our boy closed bundled providers more than 2 years ago. Delivered funds to qwest. All customer support/payment for both was one quantity. Stefan named and ended providers, plural, on 5/11. Centurylink said disconnection will be 5/14. The statement was $109.70 for both providers starting 5/7 to 6/6. I delivered a fee for 1 week of support. I acquired another statement crediting the take into account centurylink. I named that quantity on 5/30 and spoke to Jordan from Directv. He explained he'd credit the consideration and deliver a restoration package. He actually explained it'll be shipping paid. I had been therefore happy with his support I said on the facebook account. I received another statement. This time around more expensive. Clearly the consideration wasn't acknowledged as guaranteed. Today they say I never spoke with Jordan, directv was never ended, no restoration package continues to be delivered. Consideration was ended 5/11. They've extended to WOn't stop our consideration whenever we ended it. They WOn't credit our consideration. I discover their methods deceiving, thieving and shady.
