Highly 'reputable' seller forgets to ship items

While being a relative senior to the internet, having been on the service since at least 1998, it wasn't until 2009 when I started using the internet as a place to find new exciting treasures one couldn't really find in the city they lived in.

Being gullible, I've used armynavydeals twice. First time, being a silly young man, I ordered a number of items from the internet shop; which while took almost three weeks to be shipped out of their warehouse (after repeated emails stating that it would be done within days); I did receive all the items I had asked for.

I swore, I wouldn't bother with the website again. Simply as I had by that time learned of more valuable services across the internet, where obviously customer service was placed higher on the focus list.

However, giving the business another chance, I ordered once again. Nine items in fact. After asking the business if they could send the shipment out earlier, as I was leaving the country and wouldn't be sure when the order would come in. The number of staff on hand, claimed that it would be placed on priority with the order being shipped out as soon as possible. Twenty days again, later. The package was finally shipped, arriving at my doorstep to only reveal that seven of the items were in the box with two (which also were confirmed to have been sent) nowhere to be found. Unless the fabric and metal completely vanished, I'm unaware of what happened to these items.

Having spent nearly a hundred dollars on each occasion, I wasn't willing to risk involving myself with the business again. I'm not looking towards gaining some sort of an apology or having the problem fixed. I just think that the deal was rather lousy, and while I waited over six months to put these things into words, I must say that it was a disappointment that I'm still not completely over.
