I ordered a couple of items on Oct, Thursday 22 "in plenty of time" to receive by Halloween. I hadn't receive my order yet so I called today to speak to customer service and requested a supervisor, in whom I got by the name of Genevieve. She explained to me that the order never shipped because one of the items needed to come from another warehouse. WELL, HOW ABOUT CALLING THE CUSTOMER AND LETTING THEM KNOW THIS IN ADVANCE before it's too late to find another "matching" costume for my husband and I?
Army Navy Deal's service is completely unacceptable and they apologized for their mistake, however, when I asked for some sort of compensation, they offered me a LOUSY 15% OFF!!! NO THANKS!
I strongly suggest not ordering from this company because if they don't have the respect, customer service, or decency to call the customer to give them a heads-up, who wants to use them anyways?
