I bought a hp laptop in febuary. Robert the sales guy said it had 1 terabyte and would be great for music entertainment. I told him i would need the laptop for music djing. When i bought it i asked him for a copy of the xp and key code. He said that they bought 1 cd and with multiple use on it. That i would have 24/7 and 1 year warrenty on the computer.
I plugged my laptop in i couldnt hook it up to my sound surround and the function keys doesn't work. A month later a black screen appeared said xp didn't pass genuine windows test. I've called them multiple times and sent them emails. No one has contacted me. Also the memory doesnt hold anything. I had to go out and buy externial sound and video card just to use my lap top. I need the full xp to run my bussiness and and to do school work. They lied about the price. Before i left i had them turn on the computer to make sure it worked and it did. The installer didnt speak english. And lied to me about the memory and programs that were on the computer. The receipt didnt have the company name or address i did reverse address check found them. Several other people are having the same problem. False advertising. And theres no support..
