"Sorry Sold Out" is a NOT true statement

Placed order at Thursday 4/15/10. Payed for entire order immediately. Received Confirmation of PAYED order 4/15/10 7:53 AM. This is posted all over their website "Orders Ship in 48 hours". It wasn't until Tue 4/20/10 2:26 PM that I received an email stating "Sorry Sold Out". Hm... Ok, it took them all day Thursday, Friday, Monday and into Tuesday to come to the conclusion that "it was sold out". I had math a very long time ago... That adds up to a whole lot more than 48 hours. Ok... Just so you all know, they had over 100 yards of this fabric when I had purchased it. After my purchase I went back into shop to check on the qty then available. And yes their counter was working... Now it said 101 yards left. Ok... Hours later, I passed on the info to another person, she went and ordered some of the same fabric and later also a friend of hers. Not at all happy with their "Sorry Sold Out" email, I emailed them letting them know that I was in disbelieve. OK, then I'm told via email "Thank you for your note. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. However, the roll that we did have was completely damaged and we could not send the fabric out to our customers." Hm... Ok then, so my friends won't be getting theirs either since they ordered after I did and since the WHOLE ROLL was damaged. Well... They indeed DID get their fabric! So... You should all have the knowledge that this company LIES! Why would they send out orders that were received AFTER mine was? Well my guess is because I had a VIP coupon that I had also used and would of been getting the fabric cheaper than my friends! Buyer beware... This is NOT the first time that I have been very disappointed with Fabric.com But it's going to be the very last time. So my next question to Bridget Bowman was "so how long are you going to keep my money" after all, they have known since the day that I ordered that they had no intention of sending me the fabric. Certainly they've known since "Sorry Sold Out Tuesday". Bridget Bowman answered via "automated email" (yea right from her regular old email address) Wed 4/21/10 11:48 AMThank you for your note. The email you received is an automated email. Your Paypal account will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Hm... Well again with the math... 5-7 days starting when? The day I placed and payed for my order? 10 days now. From the day it should of been shipped? 8 days now. From the day you first said "sorry sold out"? 5 days now. Or from the day "the damaged" email came in? 4 days now. Hm... I guess it's from the "the damaged email date" ok, then. All is fine... Hm, that was a lie, sorry:) I want my money!!!
