I bought this computer from this woman, a nd the day I received it there was a problem! She advertised it to be a "Lance Armstrong Special Edition L2000 laptop Windows 7 with a 15" sgreen. When it arrived it had a 14" screen, worth considerably less, so I emailed her and she did refund a whole $20.00. Then @ 7 weeks later, it showed at the bottom of the screen that the copy of "Windows" was not genuine! Then it came up on the middle of the screen that it could be counterfiet and to fix online.
I tried to, but it asked for a product key#, when I got it off the back of the computer and put it in, it came back, invalid! She said it was a Windows 7, and on the screen when you turned it on, it said Windows Ultimte, and on the back it says its Windows@XP Home Edition. So what do I really have! A computer with a black screen that says on the bottom that the copy of Windows is not genuine! I would think that it would warrant a refund! Hope you can recoop my losses and anything it costs to get! Thanks!
