I purchased the MagicJack a year and a half ago and installed in on my home computer. It seemed to work okay at first but then began having poor connectivity, poor audio, everytime a call came in a screen popped up and disrupted my work on the computer and then the phone quit working at all if it was farther away from the magicjack than about 30 feet! We have since moved and purchased a new computer and quit using the magicjack. I tried to contact them to cancel the remainder of my subscription and the email "incoming call" notifications, but was told that is not possible. Also told, "put in a dummy email and all messeges will go there, but when I tried to delete my email it wouldn't let me!? Very dissatisfied with this product!
