I actually found the service not too bad, but one thing is intolerable; when you first turn on your computer, you are held hostage by a 10 minute commercial. Magic Jack has had its computer programmers make the program start with the computer and show a splash screen that is programmed to appear in the middle of your screen. It appears OVER everything and cannot be moved, minimized or shut down for the 10 minutes it want to show you the "tell your friends about Magic Jack!" If you remove the program from the start up programs list in msconfig, you cannot use the phone until you subject yourself to the private 10 minute commercial. I am just beginning to program and have seen that this is uncalled for. Since the company has no way to contact anyone (I have tried in depth and in vain), will simply re-engineer it, and post it on some blog so that it will be available to anyone who wants it.
