Please, Comcast! I pay for telephone service, but do I get telephone service? No. Do I need telephone service? Yes. I'm a wheelchair user with a sick son and an 85-year-old mother. I need a working telephone. I pay for a telephone. Service people come out and fix my telephone and it works for a while—between a couple of hours and a couple of weeks. And then it stops working again. My complaint gets "escalated, " I get a lot of apologies and empathic statements. I don't want apologies and empathic statements. I want a phone that works! Please, Comcast! Fix my phone!
