CDRW Rebate ripoff & Tiger Direct It's been 6 months now since I sent in for rebate - maybe they're in a coma

I bought from Tiger Direct a buslink CDRW with a $30 rebate, I never recived it. I sent over 20 Emails and made over 20 telephone calls and have as yet never heard from BUSlink. It's been 6 months now since I sent in for rebate.
