Terrible - at&t uverse

I switched to Uverse about 2 months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Terrible customer service, tv freezes, internet slow. They have replaced the tv box 3 times and 1 "repairman" re-did the work of the original installer. Nothing but problems with their e mail and no one knows how to fix it! I had to start using outlook express.

Their "customer service" is terrible. I would NEVER recommend ATT Uverse.
