Hi everybody, i am at my wits end and this is an action taken out of helplessness. I do not wish to readily tarnish the reputation of props and custom nerf seller NaijaBlue as i have previously told him.

However, this has gone and dragged for far too long and there are a couple of issues that give me cause for concern.

Firstly, i will provide details of our transaction (this is done through email initially before he stopped replying emails):

I ordered a fully modded nerf Vulcan (with motor mod and battery mod, sanded off logos and full matte black paint job). I also ordered 25 round modded ammo chains, a green 10 000 mcd tactical flashlight as well as a modded nerf Maverick with logos sanded off and in matte black. I was promised darts from Naija as well. (all this after browsing through his website, www.naijablue.com.

Below is the correspondence.

That is correct. And that includes the matching modded maverick, 3 chains, and the matching 10,000 mcd green tactical light. I'm also going to include as many spare darts as I can find. You can send it to paypal.

Following the instructions i paid 367usd for the blasters through paypal, this was done a day later on the 23/11/09. This is received and confirmed by NaijaBlue in our email correspondence.

Every part of our transaction went on smoothly up to this point; Naija replied quite promptly and was very patient and accommodating. He seemed like a nice fellow and trustworthy merchant. However, the problems began after payment was made.

Essentially, the reason i paid up promptly was due to the fact that Naija told me that after December 1st would be his rush period and he would like to get the blasters out to me before then; he implied they were ready to be shipped out any day; I even offered to and paid the cross border transaction fee out of friendship.

My christmas rush starts to happen after the 1st. So completing your order before then is my #1 priority.

However, the blasters were not shipped before 01/12/09. Perhaps this delay was due in part to my requests for photos of my blasters. However, i have still yet to get them; Naija did cite technical difficulties with his netbook, Sd card, email account as well as medical distractions and work for the delays. However, bear in mind the first request was made on the 23/11/09.

And i have still yet to receive them. Naija seem to at this point started to answer my emails sporadically and it got worse. Our email correspondence went on until the 20/12/09 where i still asked for the photos and was assured i will get them but did not.

After the 20th, all email correspondence stopped despite repeated attempts to communicate through various platforms such as facebook; i told him to try facebook to send me the photos as he cited difficulties in sending me the photo through his gmail but to this date i still did not receive any photos, youtube, Naijas website.

I did sms him on his number after attempts at correspondence through email frustrated me and this also proved to be problematic.

Hey man. I'm up and about. Not back to 100% just yet, but I will be:). You will have your images today (this being the last email i received from Naija)

After a few sms messages at almost fixed times of the day and a few sporadic replies and assurances i got this sms message on the 23/12/09.

The box was picked up this morning. It had to be if its to make there in time. (23/12/09) 0804hrs

My blasters if they were ever truly shipped were shipped out on the 23/12/09 or 22/12/09 in Los Angeles.

This and the delays with the photos were already starting to bother me and despite many requests from me to Naija, the pictures were not forthcoming. So much so i have on the 03/01/10 asked him to forget about the pictures and just send me the tracking number for the blasters.

This request for the tracking numbers was made on the same day he said the blasters were picked up for shipping. Yet like the photos, i have yet to receive them.

My last sms correspondence before all my sms-es to Naija went unreplied was on 03/01/10; he promised i would get them; the blasters. It is already 10/01/10; and i have been constantly smsing him reminding him to send the tracking number so that i can check the shipping progress and for assurance.

I tried calling too but to no avail, in all the attempts that i tried calling, he never picks up his phone. Since the 3rd of Jan and even this morning, i have repeatedly called him, sms him, emailed him on youtube, his website, facebook and gmail. However, all to no avail.

I am very helpless now and hope somebody will read this and advise me on what to do. Basically, my blasters have not arrived, this combined with the sporadic communications after payment was made, failed promises necessitates that i really cannot take Naijas word any longer.

Basically, how long does it take for a person to send a couple of photos and a tracking number over sms? Really, it would not take longer than 10 minutes and that is stretching it.

However, i have waited to no avail since 23/11/09 and 23/12/09 to receive the photos and tracking number respectively.

Therefore, all this seem to indicate that Naijas lack of communication since the 3rd as well as the failure to provide the photos and tracking number as possible examples of dodgy behaviour on his part.

Without concrete proof in the form of a tracking number as well as from the recent experiences, i am hence unfortunately inclined towards the suspicion that Naija has committed some form of fraud and have cheated me of my money.

Therefore, i hope Naija would break his silence and prove me wrong. I am more than glad to eat humble pie and apologize if he would provide the tracking number and concrete proof that my blasters are intact and shipped. If not, please do the right thing and refund me 367usd, no less no more as what was paid in our transaction excluding the cross-border transaction fee.

I am extremely helpless and lost and seem to face similar problems with the other two reports on this website, therefore i hope someone could assist me or for Naija to provide the tracking number.

Please Naija, i am begging you, do the right thing and send me the tracking number or refund me my money!
