We ordered a hard drive online after writing 3 email requesting confirmation that they had the correct item in stock. They then confirmed they had the correct item and we placed the order. They sent a completely different drive with a completely different part number and now refuse to refund or replace with the correct item or refund our postal return cost. We also found out the charge online for postage was more than double the cost they paid for the express postage requested also that they sent the item by a slow courier when we paid for an expensive express courier. We are now approaching our lawyers to deal with the matter.
