I ordered $65 worth of parts from Daytona Mig on 11/3. Its been almost a year and i have only received some of the parts. Every time the same woman answers the phone.
12.. Called... She said it would be shipped in 10 days.

3.. Called... Promised shipment of a partial order. Partial order arrived within 2 weeks.
4.. Called... She told me that she had to go to the loading dock and ask the employees for help tracking my order and she would call back... Never called back... I tried calling her back and there was no answer.
5.. Called... She said it would be shipped in 10 days.
6.. Called... She said she had no record of my order number. I told her that I have called and talked to her 6 times before and even received partial order, she informed me she needed the real order number..
7 (early month).. Called... Provided the order number on my receipt which is the same order number I gave her before, she stumbled and told me she had the part and would ship immediately.
7 (late month).. Called... Woman told me she was having computer problems and someone was there fixing it, said she would call me back in 10 minutes... Hung up on me before I could argue. I called back immediately with no answer.
8.. Called... She told me that she would send a refund check. Never arrived

The web page was unresponsive today. (mid october).. I have a feeling this company is going out of business
