On November 14, a box appeared on my computer that said there were 27 severe virus'. My computer was unusable. The visus' multiplied rapidly according to the box showing on my computer. I asked opinions of several others and we all thought "this is strange." Few days later, I did fill in the account info and credit card info. Immediately, the box melted away like a waterfall and my computer was acting normal. Our December credit card statement showed REALGOLDSOFT BAKU AJ and a charge of $131.15 plus an international charge of $1.30. We did not remember any charges on this date, until our inquiry from the credit card company asked the question, "Have you been online and done a transaction for a virus scanner?" At the time the charge was $95 and I did not see anything that would tell me where the money was going to.
Googling showed us that this REALGOLDSOFT BAKU AJ is a scam site. Our credit card company is challenging the charge and investigating.
