REALGOLDSOFT BAKU was under the impression I was getting virus protection, was to be a lifetime. I paid $79.99 and don't have the protection. Unknown

On Dec. 29 I purchased lifetime anti virus protection for my granddaughter's laptop. I put it on a credit card for the amount of $79.99. We assumed she had protection on her laptop until I recieved the credit card statement and checked the name of the Company on the internet against the name on my statement. Thats when I found out this Company or individual is not a legitimate company.
