Packard refund refusal rip-off scam dirt bags

HP will not give me my refund; i've tried 3 times and still have to do it again...

I have got all my upc codes, the proof of purchase, the store location, the store number, the date. They keep sending it back saying they dont have the date, proof of purchase and etc. I have sent it in 3 times now! Only a moron or a rip off jerk would ignore the obvious.

I keep sending and they keep saying i dont have it right! I asked my boss if i had it all, they both said yes. My boss got the same computer, same time and he can't get his either. But he is rich and i am not!!! Need help, please. Thank you..
