BAKU - TROJAN VIRUSES Took out 99.80 from my bank account!

I turned on my computer, and this software appeared. It blocked my whole screen, as if the computer is higly infected and about to shut down.

The only option is left me is to pay 49.99 for anti-virus software.

I would like to sue this company of individual for viloating the US laws and my personal space.
