I ordered a product from this company on the 13th of November and as of today have still not recieved it. I have called dozens of times and sent them over 20 emails and have only gotten one response from them stating they don't know whats going on either. They also do not respond via their phone number at all or return messages. I am going on 17 days without an answer from them! They said they would refund the charges and have not been refunded back! Bottom line THEFT! I looked online and they have done this to several people already in the exact same time frame!
