I ordered the Van Halen Wii game on 01/02 with hopes of receiving before company came the following weekend. Never received it.
I e-mailed them letting them know on 01/14/10 and asked if they had a tracking number. They replied on 01/15/10 stating that the item had been returned as "undeliverable." I replied back stating that was impossible, if mailed USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS, they would have left a note in my mailbox or on my door that a signature was required for delivery. At that point, I requested my order be cancelled and to credit back my credit card for the $46.50 charged. I never heard back from them!
I've e-mailed several times and tried to call the telephone number on their site. The number either goes to a full voice mail box or to a message that says to order online or e-mail corespondence ~ there's no option to speak to a live person. I've not heard back from them and I never received credit for my unreceived purchase. I'm now disputing the item at my bank and reporting them to the BBB. Now that they have my acct info, I feel compelled to cancel the card, too. This is internet theft/fraud!
