My receipt has the same email and info but as with youda games and others they will refuse to answer any emails or claim they can not find any records of purchase. Games solutions can be included for they never sent same info. I've paid over 100.00 for games and can never reactivate once I get a new computer and need to re-install so they are are crooks. Very dishonestand are running scams. Trymedia, games solutions and youda games all crooks.
