In October of this year I found this great deal! A FREE Internet Income Kit from Google... At least that's what I thought. I used my credit card/ready teller card to pay $1.97 for the S&H of the CD. The $1.97 was taken from my bank on October 16. Three days later they took $99.00. When I call them I got the run a round and they wouldn't connect me to a supervisor. After three days of phone calls on and off of hold I finally got a supervisor. She told me that the $99.00 was non-refundable, to which I told her it was never authorized. She told me to check the terms and conditions which was lost at the bottom of the web page with blue print on a blue background. I got no where with her as she said the terms and conditions state that there are no refunds. I insisted that it was not authorized. The phone calls were a total waste so I am filing this report. I am also in the process of working with my bank to file and see if I/they can recover my money.
