I supposedly purchased a "Google Pro Kit" for $3.95 on Nov. 16 which I never received, and while I was waiting on the kit I had free members only access to the money tree website, during my free trial which was stated on my printed receipt not how long the trial was. Well on Nov. 22, I emailed them stating I did not receive my kit yet and I did not anymore dealings with them. Low and behold on Sunday I had $72.21 taken off my credit card. Without my permission, authorization, nothing. I call them on Monday and they said that It was for the Kit, that was suppose to be for (3.95) and not cancelling my free trial of seven days, which was in the terms snd conditions, and my money is non-refundable, I asked to speak to a supervisor to be told rudely there is no supervisor for me to speak with, they did not care that the $72.21 was the last of my money it left me with 6.00 in my account with a 10 year old daughter, a single mother. This is ludicrous and against the law just because a person gives their credit card once does not give another person permission to use it whenever they want to put money in their pocket, c because that is exactly what they did because I never received one item from GOOGLE MONEY TREE KEVIN LARSEN.
