After placing an initial order with Danielle Janine Jewelry, they immediately sent out another 4 shipments at $68 a piece. I sent all of the packages back immediately, expecting a full refund, as stated in the refund policy on their website. Their customer service rep cheerfully canceled my subscription at that time, or so I thought. I called their customer service multiple times about a refund and was given a run-around. After multiple calls their customer service line stopped taking my calls. Whenever I would call I'd never get beyond a recorded message. I ended up getting a lawyer involved. After a letter from the lawyer I did finally get a check for the full amount of the refund. I thought the whole debacle was over. Now I'm finding more random charges for $89 on my account! Definitely unauthorized charges, but my bank won't dispute them because I can't actually reach the company to dispute it with them. They seem to think I probably agreed to this fraud through some small print in the terms and conditions when I placed that first order. I have called their customer service from multiple phone numbers and every time I get the message that all of their reps are busy, leave a message. I leave a message every time, ranging from a polite inquiry to a raging bitchfest, but I've yet to receive a call back.
