Danielle janine jewelry cancelled once. They changed name, can't seem to cancel again

I too received Danielle janine jewelry at $9. I called to cancel and amazingly enough they had just sent another out and therefore I was already charged for it. They cancelled my "subscription" and I thought all was good.

Then I received a package from Haute Jewelry Direct. I opened it (silly me) and surprisinly there was a box with another piece of so called jewely (looks like a 3rd grader designed it). The box had a label with a Haute Jewelry Direct on it. Underneath (!) it it said Danielle Janine Jewelry!

I have tried numerous times to contact them thru the 800 number only to be put on hold and THEN be told to leave a message and they will get back to me! I am reporting them to the BBB.

Not only are their unsubscribing methods ridiculous. Their jewelry is very inferior quality. I hate to think how many other ppl are getting scammed by them.
