1. (April) ordered bracelet and earring set from their website - after receiving the set kept getting packages from company with no invoice or return info - unordered packages were being charged automatically to my credit card
2. Automatic charges caused me to go over my credit limit
3. Cancelled "membership" and asked about return policy (May)
4. Returned 10 of 12 shipments (June)
5. Called regarding credit for returns was told only 1 return received (July)
6. Called regarding credit for returns was told 5 returns received and credit will take 5-7 business days (August)
Over $800 dollars charged to my cc plus interest and credit limit fees
