They use legitimate sounding career counselor businesses who send you an e-mail stating this is totally legit.
For one dollar you get access to their info to start your own online business posting links and ads.
Hidden in some terms and conditions that you don't find unless you really search the site hard is all these add on fees.
You supposedely have 2 days to cancel. I (like an idiot) signed up for one dollar to get the info on Sunday at 5:30P. I called today after seeing 2 deductions for $48 and $79 from my account were taken out. They said the 2 day trial expired yesterday.
When I argued that today was the second day they said they counted Sunday as the first day, even though I did not enroll until 5:30P that day.
The confirmation I was supposed to get via email that had these terms and condition coincidentally never got sent to me.
When I called today to cancel they refused to let me talk to a supervisor, would not give me the phone number or any names at Farend Services home office, hung up on me twice, and were unable to put me in touch with anyone I could argue my case with.
