MediaMogulMe
Their cancelation trial period is a joke

I've seen one report here already for this company. MediaMogulMe. They had a 7 day trial period offer. I signed up for it. Friday was 5 days in and the 7th day was a Sunday. Of course their phone lines are only open until 5pm on Fridays and (of course) closed on the weekends. There is NO way to cancel using their website or email or anything online.

This is taken out of their terms & conditions:

"Offer Details: Start the process of building your wealth by securing access to the number one club for making money online. Simply start the signup process by completing required steps 1 & 2 to activate your risk free membership of MediaMogulMe for 7 days. You will receive a $1 processing and account activation fee to the payment option provided today. The activation fee has been waived, so you will NOT be charged $19.95 for activation. Only if you decide to continue your valued access after your 7 days of free service, do nothing, & MediaMogulMe will continue to help you at a premier rate of $29.95 per month. Remember this is a risk free offer and for your convenience, you can call MediaMogulMe tollfree at 18004191932 within the first 7 days to cancel, and you will not be charged.

RIGHT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP. You have the right to cancel the Membership at anytime. To cancel, write to P.O. Box 642, Charleston, Nevis, Attn: MediaMogulMe Customer Service, or call 18004191932. If you cancel the Membership, you will not be charged any additional fees."

*SO I wrote them a letter on Friday night and went to the post office Saturday morning to cancel. Of course the address they have isn't even an address of any kind. There is no zip code. What the hell is "P.O. Box 642, Charleston, Nevis, Attn: MediaMogulMe Customer Service" This is the only "address" listed and the one and only time they refer to it.

So really there is NO way to cancel AT ALL on the weekends - only m-f until 5pm. So do you really have 7 days to cancel it then? There are only 7 days in a week. Give your potential business the full 7 days to cancel. I tried to cancel on day 5 and will soon be the proud owner of a crappy $50.00 charge on my account.

They are an internet based "company" and don't even have any way of logging in to an account, I got NO confirmation email, there is NO way to cancel through their website whatsoever.

It's a ripoff. Now I'm gonna end up being charged $50.00.

I will call and complain. Whatever that will do.

I advise to look up on here - the "complaint" or elsewhere to figure out how legit a company is BEFORE signing up for ANY of their offers. For now on I will do research on any company that even looks a little bit shady.
