Price was $930 $75 s&h A total amount of $1005.00 was sent to seller next day 0n 2/21
In the form of "OFFICIAL CHECK" of NATIONAL CITY BANK
The check # 774676466 was cashed by seller on 2/25
On my multiply requests for tracking # for my item by e-mail seller replied lies of that my OFFICIAL CHECK did not clear the bank yet
I have his e-mails saved to prove it if necessary
On 3/12 I filed complaint with eBay Case ID: 938562063
Seller responded by e-mail stating that he will issue a full refund. No refund received On 3/18 I e-mailed him a warning to file a FRAUD REPORT with eBay His response on 3/19 was: " I WILL BE SENDING YOU A FULL REFUND ON FRIDAY. Pleas email me your address." so
i did. No refund received On 2/24 I filed FRAUD REPORT to eBay # 2000432514 Today is 3/26 and still no refund and no other info from this person
