I am writing in regards to a Apple MacBook Pro with 17" Display - Aluminum Model: MC226LL/A that i purchased recently from Best Buy. This laptop caught on fire in my home melting completely. I contacted customer service about this issue and explained to them what had happened and told them i wanted this laptop replaced, They gave me nothing but excuses and lies and refused to replace the laptop. This could have burnt my home down or caused serious injury or death to my family. I want this defective laptop replaced in a timely manner.
