I submitted an order on their website then decided to cancel it. I called 3 times and they assured me that the order was cancelled. They then withdrw 9.95 out of my account I called back and they stated it was a mistake that they would reimburse it the following thursday. It did not happen and I never received any product. A month later they then charged my bank account 99.02 and I have a 49.99 dollar charge pending. I called again and was told I have to wait 48 hours again to get reimbursed. I keep getting disconnected when I call I will have to close my bank account which will be very inconvienant due to direct deposits and can't be reimbursed if I did so. I have a feeling they are going to keep drawing from my account if I dont do so. I have gotten nowhere trying to contact them and it seems they just keep lying to me.
