Privacy Matters 123 took $19.95 out of our bank acct. W/o our authorization for approx. 1 year. This is an acct that we rarely use, and only had a low amount of money in it. I received an overdraft w/two $35.00 fees and called the bank. This is how I found out this co was withdrawing money automatically w/o our authorization. When I called Privacy Matters 123 they immediatedly cancelled the withdrawals, reference #202020864, Charles ID#14934, is who I spoke to.
Charles said I had to send copies of the bank statements in order for the company to "make a decision" whether the money will be reimbursed and said the overdraft fees would not be reimbursed. Please help with this.
