E cigarette, rip off, charged my account after sending an email that I was cancelled

Like everyone who wants help quite smoking, I ordered the smokingeverywhere ecigarette trial pack. I was so excited and waited a week for it to come and it never did. Day 8 I get a call from Customer Service to verify that I ordered the trial pack. I said, I did but I am so dissapointed that it took you guys 8 days to acknowledge my order and it wasn't even mailed out. I cancelled, the company sent me an email letting me know I am cancelled. That was one month ago.
This weekend, I noticed that they were charging my account $99.02. I called my bank to dispute the charge but of course they take about 7-10 business days. Meanwhile, I am short on cash. I wrote an email to smokingeverywhere's customer service, on Monday, I called. Had to leave a voice mail because they were too busy to pick up. They don't even let you stay on hold, you can only leave a message. Of course, no call back. After work, I look at my email and guess what???
The product has been shipped!!! Wtf???
I wrote back and told them to stop forcing this product on me. I still have their cancel confirmation. I just can't believe they get away with stuff like this. I am so angry my stomach hurts, companies like this are run by criminals, I am never ever going to purchase a product like this over the internet... Uuuuggghhhhh
I finally did stop smoking but now I am about to start again due to this company.
