This person is claiming to be a web site designer. Not. She was supposed to design, host and maintain 2 different sites for me and the off road club I belong to. It took her forever to get the sites up, she kept losing discs of photos and information that were mailed to her. Getting updates was impossible. The sites looked horrible. Contacting via email or phone was also impossible. Then when you did hear from her, she always had some STUPID excuse why she couldn't get it done, or never got your update via email.
When I told her we were pulling both sites from her we asked for our backup disc's. She never made any. We can't get our information back from her, we can't get a refund from her.
This person is a total rip off. She is unprofessional and I strongly suggest no one get involved with this person, you will not get anything you were promised.
