Best Buy would not refund/exchange defective laptop within 14 days after initial sale. They refused. I showed up at the store on day 14 with my reciept. I have contacted their online resolution team with no relief. Below is their response. This has gone on for nearly two months and I still have a defective laptop that is not usable and they have my money. I will once again ask that BB do the right thing and replace this defective laptop. I will continue to make noise until they do. It appears that BB does not care if they have a satisfactory relationship with their customers. They have a chance to correct this mistake on their part. Lets see what they do. have been out of the office due to a back injury. It was not my intention to
leave you wondering what was going on.
After speaking to management, they are unable to make an exception on your
behalf. I'm sorry. The issue here is the amount of time that passed before the
damage occurred. I'm not sure if your family would consider repairing the
computer and to be honest I am not sure what the cost would be to have the
screen replaced. If you could get an estimate for the cost of the screen
replacement I would be happy to help with some of the cost.
