Netzero continues to be getting my charge card for six months for an entry support I never required. They'd just credit me going back month in the beginning, then after demanding, they stated the final 2 weeks. I described I never approved these costs and lastly after an hour or so on-hold they decided to credit my card (after I requested to keep in touch with a supervisor).
When they do that to a large number of customers and merely a number are as continual when I am, Netzero is creating a bundle "mischarging" clients.
