Received unwanted, unauthorized and deceptive prices on AmEx statement on 4/23/09,6/5/09, and 6/22/09 for 14.95 each from "uol netzero web 866-841-1442". Not have and not uses Netzero providers. Costs arrived of nowhere without any connection with NetZero. Problematic with AmEx continuing.
