Was approached by purchase individual via phone addressing verizon superpages (idearc) t / provide to complete web advertisement for my small company. Rep. Provided me a two region advertisement in chicago-area for $96.00 monthly a six-month agreement t / 7th month free. 8 weeks later i erecieve a statement for $400.00. I've spoken to many cust. Support representatives and may not understand this fixed. I've also attempted to stop consideration and simply been overlooked. Irefuse to pay for double for shddy marketing and obvious trap and sweitch. DON'T COPE WITH OR PURCHASE ANY IDEARC SERVICES OR PRODUCTS!!! Our six month agreement (t / free 7th month) must have expired 9/1/09 but I simply received a statement dated 10/5/09 for $1,412.69. Six-month deal @ $96.00
Monthly is $576.00. I'll never spend Idearc and certainly will function to boycott something related to them-and verizon in addition to document compliants t / Illinois attorney general
