IDEARC Verizon Superpages Changed to IDEARC for our website and we got NO Customer Support for one year ripoff

We used Verizon Superpages.com to set up our website for our small family business (H & H Specialties). The original web developer was a guy named 'John Chambers'. The website was set up for a monthly fee of $116.00.

After the original set up, we tried on several occasions for ONE YEAR to get someone on the line from Customer Service to update the page, i.E., new address, new map, new photos, and NO ONE ever came on the line. Once we waited 1.5 hours on hold. You'd get a voice mail..."Our customers are important to us..." and NEVER did a person come on the line.

I finally got in touch with someone in corporate for IDEARC. I threatened a law suit of damages, and we got web developer support THAT DAY. But, we have paid Idearc Media Inc., $928.00 since October and they will not refund any of the money.

It's not over yet...
