World of Warcraft is a massively multi-player online game costing about 15 dollars a month, paid by 11.5 million subscribers.
Since November of around the time of the "World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King" release, the patrons of World of Warcraft have run into an inability to access "instances", a key part of the game.instances are a team oriented content requiring coordinations and yield higher rewards than attainable through lower play.
Blizzard became aware of the problem early on but within the past month the problem has gone from intermittent to near constantly present during normal hours of the day.
While they have made some acknowledgement to the problem, they have yet to solve it or update us since said acknowledgement over a month ago. Http://forums. Worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html? TopicId=18031082483&sid=1
Despite these issues, the company released yet another content pack, encouraging even more players to run "instance" content, pushing the wait times from 5-45 minutes to as high as at least two hours.
We have received little word as to a solution, and the publishing of additional content instead of fixing the issue is disheartening at best.
Blizzard has taken $172,500, 000 for the past month of unrenderd services from its player base.
It's been nine months, how much longer do we need to wait?
