World of Warcraft Bogus Billing

My credit card was billed twice for an upgrade for World of Warcraft. I have NEVER NEVER OK'd ANY charges! Billing time was Midnight Christmas Eve! Totally BOGUS... Second month of hassle... NO PHONE, NO FAX or warm body! Stay away!!!
