I placed an order (birthday gift for 4-year-old niece) on July 12 and got a confirmation e-mail right away. I never got a shipping notification. I e-mailed and called and never got a response. The phone number is actually a fax, so I faxed a request. No reply.
I called American Express to have the charge taken off, but it has not yet gone through (August 5). I'm surprised by that. I'll update this report once that happens.
The problem with this "business" is that they simply don't respond.
