Pink Azelea (Product # TF131-03) was ordered on May 1 with the promise of delivery on May 2. The product was never delivered and we called the 800 number and could never get any satisfaction. We then e mailed our complaint on May 7th at 9:18: 07 AM EDT to the e mail above and never heard from them. We then called on May 12th and was told they were busy. This was charged to American Express and of course we will not pay the charge if it is on the bill. This florist should be notified that this complaint was filed with you and will be filed with American Express.
