I deparately need a good local (not outside the US) Hughes Customer Service number. I am at my peak of frustration with my home service. I have only had it since June 16th. I upgraded and am still only able to access my internet 80% of the time. I tried to cancel, troubleshoot, have a tech come out and I have gotten disconnected six times today in the midst of it all.
Now I tried to lower my service to the least cost option and was disconnected again. I just do not have the tim to do this. I have to pack up my laptop and go to a coffee shop down the road to gt onto the internet and do my work and have a conference call. I simply need to speak with someone who can reimburse me for the past bill and lower my service option and then I will just go to the office or use my Verizon wireless card as a business account that may be more efficient is much too expensive. There are numerous complaints on usacomplaints. Coms and the BBB and all other sites like them. What should I do? I am a single hard working parent and a college student with children who are high school students. We have work to do on our computers!!!
