I have been with this company for at least five years. There has not been one day this service is worth the money. What makes me the maddest is that when you call, NOBODY speak English!!! Wherever their technical support offices are located, it is not in the United States. Their service NEVER works. Our internet is up and down, up and down 24,7, 365. I have three children in school who need to use the internet. It is impossible to do their school work. So, I am driving to my neighbors to use their dial up connection because it is that much faster!!! When dial up is faster, you know it is bad. Poor customer service, and poor quality will make sure I NEVER recommend hughes net to anybody!!!
