I've been a Customer of Hughesnet.net Internet since when the satellite services via AOL were taken over. There are no other options for Internet or TV in my area. Hughesnet.net, disabled my modem on 6/11, claiming it was obsolete. All calls to Hughes go in circles, with promises of escalation & call backs. I've had brand new satellite & modem installed, installers have been to my home 3 times & Hughesnet can't seem to get the new modem registered, yet they are charging me for services. A total of 40 hours has been spent on the phone with Customer Support to no avail.
