I play a PC game called Microsoft Flight Simulator and ordered an airport from this company as an add-on to the game. After paying for the airport and attempting to use it for the first time in landing at the airport I noticed their were flaws in the landing patterns for the airport. I contacted their support desk which you can only due through e-mail and about a day later received an e-mail from a person named Ignacio. He said he would help me try to fix the issue and offered some suggestions to fix the problem. But none of the ideas helped out. After several e-mails I requested a refund. I purchased the product 5-31 and requested the refund 6-13 and haven't heard from anyone at Bluepring Simulations since. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
