I've been trough DFW airport in Sept and again in November. Just before September, I'd no issues with TracFone support in the airport. From September, I've not had the opportunity to obtain support despite the fact that I've attempted to make use of the telephone in four distinct devices.

Following A journey this week, I attempted to record the possible lack of support by calling among their techsupport figures. The very first issue that I experienced was the consultant didn't appear to understand the place of DFW airport. I had been subsequently informed the indicators get "dropped within the atmosphere". After substantial debate of the issue, I suggested that I merely was confirming a scenario that I wished they'd attempt to solve.

I had been somewhat annoyed by the telephone phone; hence I chose to contact them via their site. Their reaction to my preliminary concept was that I had a need to give them the actual address where the issue happened. This suggested they had no concept of where the DFW airport was situated. After providing them with the handle of the airport, their reaction was they didn't assure support whatsoever places. It was followed closely by the "boiler-plate" good reasons for the possible lack of support. Fundamentally, their reaction was an insult to some person of the support.

I think it is a little unusual that Tracfone can't offer support in a main airport particularly when the issue were only available in the previous few weeks.
